Judy has consulting and professional service experience working in mid-market companies and private equity in supply chain strategy, executive coaching, mergers and acquisition integration, roles as Senior Program Consultant for supply chain enterprise requirements planning (ERP) systems, processes and developing key performance indicators (KPI’s). Additionally, Judy’s consulting focuses on streamlining and aligning legacy Kraft Foods and Cadbury spend systems into harmonized SAP software solutions -spend performance management system (SPM) within a global procure to pay. Broad industry credentials include private equity, manufacturing, insurance/financial services, telecommunications/technology, industrial chemicals, healthcare, consumer products (CPG), automotive, consulting and non-profit.

Judy has a track record of adding value quickly to senior management teams. Judy has held executive positions with multiple high-profile organizations including Checkers Industrial Safety Supply, where she supported the rapid integration of multiple mergers and acquisitions, at Reveal, where she initiated a robust market analysis model resulting in successful sales collateral and marketing campaigns and at CNA Insurance, where Judy led high-impact work teams to deliver a greenfield vendor management organization and impacted numerous sourcing commodities. She was awarded CNA’s Gold Focus Award for significant contributions, cost savings and leadership. Initiated brand new commodities at Allstate, led cross-functional team that extended payment terms that impacted est. $56M in cash flow and developed RFx process for the organization. At Motorola Reengineered processes globally, established vendor management expectations and conference, selecting software for procure to pay, implemented a global procure to pay, established a new sourcing organization with leadership team and commodity team leader that saved millions.

Judy is proud to be co-founder and a charter member of The Bridge, which is a collaborative organization formed with C-level executives focused on enabling established entrepreneurs to achieve business success.

Active on boards and in the community, Judy serves on PWN International Advisory Board, Genwise Advisory Board, Upward Women as a leader, 4Word as a mentor, and Catchafire as a volunteer. Past appointments include Norwegian American Hospital Foundation on the Executive Board, finance committee and participated in fundraising, The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals as a Board Member and Vice President, The YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago Lake County, IL as Vice President, Executive Board Member and Committee Chair served on executive committee, audit committee, nomination committee, economic committee, and by-law committee, Private Directors Association served on the education committee, and DePaul University’s Student and Alumni Mentoring Program (ASK).

Judy earned her MBA in Operations and Marketing from DePaul University’s Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. She holds multiple coaching certifications and has written numerous articles and books. She also completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training at Chicago Deming Association, Six Sigma Master’s Program and participated in Leadership America National and International Women’s Development Program.
