Chad Macy brings 30 years of experience advising executives and facilitating strategic transformation across organizations of all sizes. His areas of specialization include business strategy, organizational change management, and leading high-impact leadership meetings, executive retreats, and organizational planning sessions that drive clarity, alignment, and results.

Chad is a trusted advisor to C-level leaders and boards, known for his ability to create space for honest dialogue while navigating complex business, operational, and technology challenges. He has delivered leadership and consulting engagements to more than 200 organizations — including the NFL, Dell, USAA, City of Austin, UTSA, TASB, TMPA, and Tokyo Electron — helping executive teams work through critical decisions around structure, strategy, and change.

Deeply embedded in the Austin executive ecosystem, Chad serves on the MIS Advisory and Steering Committees at UT Austin’s McCombs School of Business, chairs the Advisory Board for InnoTech Austin and the SIM IT Executive of the Year Awards, and is an active member of Financial Executives International (FEI). He also leads several executive-focused series, including the C-Suite Women of IT Dinner Series, the Women of Finance Dinner Series, and a Strategic Lunch & Learn Series for Austin-area leaders.
