Jennifer Novit is an innovative HR practitioner with extensive experience in Talent Management, including talent engagement strategies, workforce planning, and talent acquisition. She has proven success in creating cultures of collaboration and implementing change to achieve business transformation. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in human resources including recruitment, employee training, policy and process, employee relations, and workforce planning. She has a track record of coaching in the areas of transformational leadership, intercultural communication, team building, brand management, and managing change, with proven success in leadership development.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked with technology leaders from multiple disciplines to recommend and implement people programs to accelerate business outcomes. Jennifer has extensive experience building teams, coaching leaders, and designing and implementing talent programs. She has experience in site development, mergers and acquisitions, compensation, and benefits and has recruited over 1500 technology professionals throughout her career.
Today Jennifer serves as an HR Business Partner and HR Consultant in the Austin area. Jennifer uses her industry experience to help businesses build talent strategies, develop new ways of working, create winning cultures, and develop and retain their workforce. Throughout her career she has led projects creating share services models, developing performance appraisal processes, and optimizing workforce designs. Additionally, Jennifer ensures that policies and procedures are properly applied in accordance with US and local laws and requirements.
