Callian Thomas Executive Advisor – COO

Callian (Cal) Thomas, an Austin-based Executive with 28 years of diverse experience in Operations, P&L Management, Customer Relationship Development, and Process Improvement has joined The HT Group’s Executive Advisory Services team.

Cal is a passionate servant leader with experience in the US Army, multiple Fortune 500 companies, and a PE-backed company across several industries including Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services, and Retail. Cal started his career as a Field Artillery Officer in the US Army completing his military service after a successful deployment to Korea. After his military service, he focused on his career working for fortune 500 companies such as GE, Bank of America, Walmart, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Sears, and Becton Dickinson. His most recent experience was as the Vice President of Operations with CSA service solutions, a PE-backed organization delivering multi-vendor services to its clients. Along with leading large organizations and driving financial growth, he has lead several integrations and business transformation efforts.
