As the former (retired) CEO of an international Information Technology services firm (NASDAQ: CTG) and after serving 15 years as a Senior Vice President for the company’s largest division, I have succeeded in developing strategies that have significantly increased business in both solutions and staffing while building a strong talent infrastructure to support global expansion and developing a company culture of accountability and engagement. CTG’s revenue was $360M comprised of 3,800 professionals based in an international network of offices in North America, Western Europe, and India.

With 35 years of experience in the IT industry, my areas of expertise include global IT solutions and staffing strategies, enterprise turnaround and acquisition, business development, corporate governance, finance, accounting, complex contract negotiations, and team empowerment.  Developing direct relationships with clients, including the Fortune 500, we focused on addressing the business needs and challenges in higher-growth industries including healthcare, finance, energy, and technology services.

I obtained a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, and a Bachelors in Economics from Niagara University in Niagara Falls, New York.  Also, I serve on the College of Business Board for Niagara University and Chair the Nomination Committee.

I now look forward to giving back to companies focused on growth or increasing efficiencies that would benefit from my diverse range of experience. We are all in a 24 X7 connected lifestyle; when I can, I travel personally, learn about other cultures, attempt new languages, and thoroughly enjoy the arts.
