Arthur Bud Crumlish

Arthur “Bud” Crumlish Executive Advisor - Operations

I am an executive leader with a record of career success in Information Technology Services, having recently retired from Computer Task Group (CTG)  as its Chief Executive Officer.

Having come up through the ranks at CTG managing its internal audit and general accounting functions, I advanced into the role of Controller of the National Delivery Team where I negotiated contracts and liaised with our largest client, IBM. Moving into strategic functions, I became the SVP and GM developing its Strategic Staffing Services, the largest operational unit within the organization, generating in excess of $200M annually in revenue. Under my leadership, CTG achieved first place ranking of all staffing suppliers within our top 5 strategic Fortune 500 clients.

Upon my retirement, I left CTG significantly better than when I joined it; enhancing the company culture, key because this is a purely people business; building long term relationships with Fortune 500 clients; turning the company around in my final years through aggressive share repurchases, making acquisitions, increasing our global solutions capability, and hiring high performers to drive new business.

My areas of expertise include enterprise turnaround and acquisition, global staffing strategies, corporate governance, complex contract negotiations, financial modeling, and team empowerment.

I hold an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Canisius College and a B.S. in Business Administration from Niagara University. I currently serve as a board member for Niagara University’s College of Business as well as Chairman of its Nomination Committee.

With a rewarding and successful career behind me, I now look forward to giving back to companies focused on growth or increasing efficiencies that would benefit from my diverse range of experience.
