Andrew Rhodes Executive Advisor - COO, VP of Sales

Andrew Rhodes is a Sales and Operations Executive, achieving results over a 30+ year career in the heavy industrials manufacturing sectors. He has held strategic leadership positions in a range of Company types, including Fortune 500, multi-national, mid-sized SMEs and entrepreneurial start-ups. With this background, he embodies adaptability, flexibility and taking initiative in all his endeavors.

He served as the Regional COO of a Malaysian based industrial packaging manufacturer and oversaw the growth from start up facility to full line manufacturer over 5 years. Under his leadership, sales revenues grew by 300% and shareholder returns doubled.

In his most recent Sales role, Andrew led the team responsible for the largest single award of business in his employer’s history, as the result of a globally coordinated RFQ with a chemicals giant. This required a team approach across multiple SBUs and between sales and operations to achieve $5M in new annual sales.

His global credentials include the years he has spent based in Australia and Malaysia, with extensive travel to support customers across SE Asia, China, India, UK & Europe and South America. During these career postings, he led teams from diverse cultures and with varying backgrounds and always found success through identifying strengths of individuals and getting people to work with each other.

Andrew’s goal is to influence strategy setting and drive positive change within an organization, towards the achievement of the next level of Sales and Operational excellence.
