Warehouse Associate
Location: Cedar Park, TX | On-Site | Hourly, Fulltime Monday – Friday 8a-5p
The HT Group is supporting an established industrial products provider serving customers throughout Central and South Texas. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our Cedar Park team. This is a hands-on role responsible for receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, local deliveries, and customer support. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and customer service matter.

Responsibillities
- Receive incoming products, verify shipments, and accurately stock inventory.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to quality and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory-control activities.
- Coordinate outbound shipments and carriers to support on-time delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Assist walk-in and will-call customers with order fulfillment.
- Complete local customer deliveries using a company vehicle.
- Support vendor-managed inventory (VMI), including stocking and replenishment at customer locations.
- Work closely with Customer Service, Sales, Engineering, and other internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, organization, and efficiency.
- Cross-train in additional areas of the business based on skills and business needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of warehouse operations or inventory-control experience.
- High school diploma, GED, two-year degree, or technical degree.
- Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, instrumentation, fluid systems, oil and gas, semiconductor, or related industries preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory and order accuracy.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new products, equipment, and systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning business software.
- Valid Texas driver’s license and strong driving record.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift or other material-handling equipment experience is a plus.
- Physical Requirements – This is an active warehouse position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, and material handling. Candidates must be able to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally handle up to 75 lbs. with assistance.
