A fast-growing recruitment marketing and technology company is seeking a hands-on, product-oriented technology leader to drive the next phase of innovation. The Role
This is a highly hands-on leadership position (CTO or VP-level, depending on experience) responsible for accelerating product development, modernizing the technology approach, and mentoring a globally distributed engineering team.
You’ll partner closely with executive leadership to define and execute the technology vision, while remaining deeply involved in architecture, development, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of the company’s technology and product strategy, with a focus on AI-enabled solutions
- Act as a hands-on builder—contributing to architecture, coding, and rapid deployment of new features/products
- Mentor and develop a young, distributed engineering team (onshore/offshore)
- Drive a shift toward a more agile, execution-focused environment (reducing heavy PMO/process overhead)
- Improve speed to market while maintaining scalable and reliable systems
- Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to deliver impactful solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a senior technology leader (CTO, VP Engineering, or similar) in a growth-stage or mid-sized company
- Strong hands-on technical background with the ability and willingness to code and build
- Experience delivering customer-facing products, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, or marketing technology
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven product development (practical application preferred over theoretical)
- Track record of leading distributed or global teams
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, less structured environments and building processes where needed
