The HT Group is looking for a TEMPORARY Receptionist for a client located in Beaumont. This is a temp position that should last 2-3 months (end of October/early Nov). Schedule is Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4PM (30 min lunch) and pay is $15hr. Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner, greet and welcome visitors
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Occasional filing in accounting offices
- Assist accounting department with data entry, alphabetizing and sorting
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Keep refreshment area tidy and make coffee
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organizational skills
- Strong phone skills
- Punctual with strong attendance history
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Attire: Business casual. Nice shirt and jeans are acceptable. No T-Shirts.
- Must be able to pass a Drug Test and Background Check:
- No Felonies / Theft / or Violence of any kind.
