Role: Technical writer will work across the different teams; Enterprise Case Management, Enterprise Asset Management, ServiceNow, and Business Relationships Management. This candidate will gather requirements from the SMEs and then translate into documents.
– Years of experience: 2-3 years.
– Comfortable jumping in and working with different teams. This candidate will work with the Service Owners and SME’s across the different teams.
– Microsoft experience.
– Bonus if this person knows ServiceNow – they will write knowledge articles.
– Experience creating documents from scratch.
– Bonus if they have training experience.
- Fully remote position – canddiates – can sit anywhere.
- Start date: Beginning of November with resume reviews beginning in October. This will be a 12 month contract position with the ability to extend.
