The HT Group is currently assisting one of our Northwest Austin manufacturing clients in the search for an experienced Sr. FP&A Manager for an immediate need. This position will a true “player/coach” role managing a team of analysts while leading the firm’s reporting and budgeting/forecasting efforts.
Direct Hire – Hybrid (NW Austin Location) – Base range up to $145K + bonus DOE/Excellent Benefits
Duties, Responsibilities, and Attributes Needed:
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Financial Analysts.
- Work with management to plan CAPEX including ROIs.
- Review/report key metrics across brands, products, and processes.
- Lead regular budgeting and forecasting processes and help with long-term projections for multiple brands and product lines.
- Assign, manage, and ensure completion of special projects.
- Perform trend and variance analyses; properly convey findings to management and other business unit leaders.
- Oversea preparation and review of monthly reporting packages.
- Develop ad-hoc reports and analysis for cross-functional departments and management as requested.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing and/or e-commerce setting.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts
- Advanced Excel proficiency required
- Proficiency with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
- Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
