The HT Group is partnering with a leading commercial and residential roofing company in Las Vegas to find a Senior Roofing Estimator. This person will be responsible for providing detailed cost estimates on various commercial and residential roofing projects throughout Las Vegas. We are looking for a roofing industry expert with proven and multifamily/commercial estimating experience.
Direct Hire | Las Vegas NV 89118 (on-site) | Comp $80-120k + bonus
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections to provide accurate cost estimates for roofing projects
- Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to develop estimates
- Review projects plans and documentation to determine scope of work
- Determine customer needs and provide appropriate roofing solutions
- Prepare bid proposals and negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to complete projects
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience within the roofing industry required
- 3+ years of multifamily and/or commercial roofing estimating
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred
- Highly knowledgeable of roofing materials, installation, and repairs
- Highly attentive to detail and analytic
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in estimating software
- Must be open to frequent local travel to job sites
