The HT Group has a client that is seeking an Accountant for an onsite 3 month contract with the potential to hire. Lead and manage core accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial policies. A background in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
* 3+ years of experience.
* Monitor and manage all billing and collections activities, and prepare financial forecasts as required to support planning and decision-making.
* Perform monthly bank reconciliations and supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.
* Develop and implement the annual budget.
* Assist in verifying payroll accuracy and ensuring timely submission of reports.
* ERP: Global Shop is preferred, but could have Oracle or SAP or NetSuite.
