Our client’s marketing team is looking for a contractor to execute and maintain the email communication customer journey to their customers on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role will help execute a newly implemented SFDC software and will work cross functionally to build and render the internal architecture.
In This Role
- Build email templates, template library, and marketing emails in Salesforce
- Create, turn on, and maintain customer journeys, defining entry/exit criteria and customer actions based on established marketing goals
- Manage inbox deliverability – following email marketing best practices
- Develop and lead email program QA, including design rendering and journey UAT
Testing, Optimization, Reporting
- Execute email channel performance testing
- Create and manage analytic dashboards within Marketing Cloud for email program reporting
Data Management & Admin
- Leverage Salesforce connector to create data extensions based on messaging goals
- Responsible for subscriber and list hygiene
- Leverage customer data to identify opportunities for personalization and dynamic content, executing on these opportunities based on marketing goals
The Ideal Person
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Cloud, CRM, CLM – Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Well-versed in Content Builder, Email Studio, Analytics Studio, and Journey Builder
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Connector, including reporting, data extension creation, and lead and contact management.
- Proven HTML, CSS, and AMP script experience
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and experience with GA integration with Marketing Cloud
- Certifications: Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
