Sales Operations Analyst
The HT Group has a high-growth B2B SaaS technology client in Austin, Texas looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who is analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative to help optimize go-to-market operations, improve reporting, and provide data-driven insights that support executive decision-making.
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing software organization where you’ll partner closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to improve business performance. You’ll have direct ownership over critical reporting, Salesforce data integrity, commissions, and operational processes while helping shape the company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, reports, and KPIs
- Analyze revenue and pipeline data to identify trends and business opportunities
- Own Salesforce data quality, governance, and CRM process improvements
- Support monthly commission calculations and reporting
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership on strategic initiatives
- Create executive-level reports and presentation materials
- Train users on Salesforce processes and new system enhancements
- Support quarterly business reviews and ongoing sales performance analysis
- Help improve operational workflows and go-to-market processes
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Finance, or a related analytical role
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
Desired:
- Experience within a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Exposure to CRM and GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar platforms
- Experience supporting commissions, forecasting, or sales performance reporting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
