The HT Group is partnering with a semiconductor company to find a Sales Support Manager who will be responsible for driving sales initiatives within the industry to achieve client goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and an understanding of semiconductor technologies. This role requires frequent domestic travel and occasional international travel.
Direct Hire | Phoenix AZ (hybrid) | Comp $70-80k
This person will primarily work remote with frequent on-site meetings
Responsibilities:
- Identify needs of existing and new clients
- Determine inventory requirements and plan distribution of products to clients
- Assure proper quotes and details are provided to clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations for clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base
- Support overseas sales team with new sales opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role
- Semiconductor or similar industry experience highly preferred
- Working knowledge of general manufacturing processes highly preferred
- Strong persuasion and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills
