The HT Group is partnering with a leading commercial and residential roofing company in Las Vegas to find a Senior Sales Estimator. This person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process from start to finish, as well as building strong relationships with clients and ensuring all roofing projects are completed successfully. We are looking for a roofing industry expert with proven sales and multifamily/commercial estimating experience.

Responsibilities:
- Identify leads and develop new business opportunities within commercial/residential roofing
- Conduct on-site inspections to provide accurate estimates for roofing projects
- Determine customer needs and provide appropriate roofing solutions
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with production team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Stay current ton industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience within the roofing industry required
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred
- 3+ years of multifamily and commercial roofing estimating
- Highly knowledgeable of roofing materials, installation, and repairs
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in estimating software
- Must be open to frequent local travel to job sites
