The HT Group has a legal services client in Houston, TX, looking for a Records Processor who is detail-oriented, organized, and dependable to support the Records Management team by reviewing, coding, and electronically filing client documents in compliance with firm and client policies. This is a contract-to-hire role, fully onsite in Houston, TX- 77027.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, sort, and prepare client documents for electronic filing
- Review, analyze, and accurately code documents for digital storage
- Ensure records are maintained in accordance with firm and client policies
- Perform administrative support tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat
- Prior administrative or records management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, grammar, and spelling skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision
- Punctual, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
