The HT Group has a title company client in South Austin, TX looking for a Receptionist who is professional, organized, and customer-focused to serve as the first point of contact and ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.

This is a 1-2 month contract role. 

$20-$22/hr 

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM fully on-site- 78746 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the front office and lobby
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including data entry, scanning, and document preparation
  • Schedule appointments and manage conference room calendars

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Previous experience in an office or receptionist role preferred
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude
