The HT Group has a title company client in South Austin, TX looking for a Receptionist who is professional, organized, and customer-focused to serve as the first point of contact and ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
This is a 1-2 month contract role.
$20-$22/hr
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM fully on-site- 78746
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the front office and lobby
- Provide administrative support to staff, including data entry, scanning, and document preparation
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room calendars
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous experience in an office or receptionist role preferred
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
