A growing financial services organization is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and client-facing Product Operations Analyst to play a critical role in managing investment reporting infrastructure, operational workflows, and platform data integrity.
This individual will serve as the primary owner of the firm’s Addepar platform and must bring direct, hands-on Addepar experience. The role is central to ensuring the accuracy, scalability, and consistency of performance reporting, investment data, and billing operations across a sophisticated investment ecosystem.

Beyond technical and analytical strength, this position requires someone who is polished, collaborative, and comfortable interacting directly with advisors, internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate combines strong systems thinking with exceptional communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.This is a high-ownership role for someone who can balance data precision, operational excellence, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Addepar Platform Ownership (Primary Focus)

  • Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the Addepar platform
  • Manage platform configuration, ongoing maintenance, and data integrity
  • Oversee investment performance reporting across public and alternative investments
  • Design and maintain account structures, reporting hierarchies, benchmarks, and custom outputs
  • Manage custodial feeds, transaction activity, and investment-level data
  • Validate reporting accuracy and proactively resolve discrepancies
  • Troubleshoot data inconsistencies across custodians, managers, and internal systems
  • Establish controls and best practices for platform governance and reporting consistency
  • Support internal teams and external stakeholders with reporting needs and platform expertise

Billing & Revenue Operations Support

  • Support billing system setup, configuration, and operational execution
  • Ensure accurate integration between Addepar data and billing calculations
  • Validate fee structures, billing inputs, and outputs
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies impacting billing or revenue recognition
  • Assist with platform migrations, implementations, or enhancements

Alternative Investments Reporting

  • Ensure accurate representation of private and alternative investment structures within Addepar
  • Manage commitments, capital calls, distributions, and valuation workflows
  • Support client and advisor reporting for complex investment portfolios

Cross-Platform Workflow Management

  • Develop strong working knowledge of CRM, custodial, reporting, and billing systems
  • Ensure seamless data consistency across interconnected platforms
  • Support workflows that impact reporting, billing, and operational readiness
  • Identify inefficiencies, investigate root causes, and implement solutions
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and external vendors

Process Improvement & Platform Evolution

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, scalability, and automation
  • Contribute to broader data architecture and operational improvement initiatives
  • Help strengthen platform infrastructure as the organization grows

Required Qualifications Must-Have Experience

  • Direct, hands-on Addepar experience is absolutely required (minimum 6-9 months)
  • 2–6+ years of experience in investment operations, performance reporting, product operations, or platform/data management within wealth management, family office, RIAs, or asset management
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Investment performance reporting
    • Public market investments
    • Alternative investments/private funds
    • Investment operations workflows
  • Proven experience managing large, complex financial datasets
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience owning data quality, platform integrity, and reporting outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple interconnected systems and workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Billing or revenue operations experience
  • CRM platform experience (Salesforce or similar)
  • Exposure to SQL, Python, automation tools, or BI platforms
