The HT Group is seeking a Procurement Specialist for a client in Beaumont, Texas. Responsible for researching, sourcing, and purchasing necessary parts and equipment. This is a temp to hire position. Schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-5pm with pay $22hr+ DOE. No Per Diem
- Research & Sourcing: Identify and source parts and equipment required for operations, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Purchasing: Manage and oversee the purchasing process from requisition to order placement, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Cost Optimization: Continuously evaluate and implement cost-saving initiatives in the procurement process
- Must pass background – No: Felonies / Violence / Theft
- Must be reliable and dependable
