The HT Group is seeking an Office Admin for our client located in Westlake, Louisiana. We are looking for a highly motivated administrative professional who can take initiative, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and support team productivity. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to maintain an efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
- Proactively manage administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep of the office space
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and internal communications as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Support various departments with tasks as needed – no job too big or too small
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative, receptionist, or personal assistant role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Works well independently and in a team, demonstrating initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Employment Type: Contract-to-hire opportunity
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Pay Rate: $16-$18 DOE
