The HT Group has a professional services client in Austin, TX looking for a friendly and motivated Member Services Representative who is eager to deliver outstanding customer service and support to a global membership base.
This is a 90 day contract role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive telephone and chat support, offering detailed membership, certification, product, and event information
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, documenting all requests and updates per established procedures
- Update, compile, and verify data—transferring information from paper records into the database
- Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective members to answer questions and promote services
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and provide timely responses
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships through clear and open communication
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; BA/BS preferred
- 2+ years of call center or member services experience
- Excellent customer service skills and aptitude for collaboration in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication—capable of presenting information clearly and professionally
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work accurately in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with Crystal Reports, NetForum, or Salesforce is a plus
