The HT Group is partnering with a successful medical supplies company in San Antonio who is seeking a Medical Intake Coordinator to join their team on a Direct Hire basis. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in customer service, is experienced in insurance verification, has past medical terminology knowledge, has experience in medical billing and coding, and works well in a team setting. The main job functions will be communicating with new clients over the phone and email, providing exceptional customer service, conducting insurance verification, and conduct patient satisfactory surverys.

Pay: $16.50/hour ($17.50 for bilingual candidates)
Requirements:
– 2+ years experience in customer service
– Past experience in the medical field required
– Past experience with medical billing and coding preferred
– ability to start on 3/25
– Experience with insurance verification
