Marketing Account Manager
The HT Group has a client in the attractions, tourism, and leisure industry in Austin, Texas looking for a Marketing Account Manager who is creative, organized, and client-focused to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive visitor growth and revenue for attractions, seasonal events, and experience-based businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of attraction and event clients
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and websites
- Develop content calendars and manage ongoing social media activity
- Create, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and similar platforms
- Maintain and update client websites, especially ahead of peak visitor seasons
- Build and deploy email campaigns, audience segmentation, and marketing automations
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to clients
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively address potential challenges
- Conduct regular client meetings and strategic planning sessions
Requirements:
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and websites
- Strong client-facing or stakeholder management experience
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms and website management
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client relationships simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
Desired:
- Experience within attractions, tourism, hospitality, leisure, or entertainment industries
- Agency experience or management of multiple client accounts
- Experience supporting seasonal marketing campaigns and event promotions
Additional Details:
- Hybrid schedule based in Austin, TX with in-office collaboration approximately every two weeks
- Occasional evening or weekend support during peak seasons with compensation provided
