The HT Group has a financial services client in Austin, TX looking for a Liquidation Operations Support Specialist who is detail-oriented, analytical, and technically savvy to support a wide range of administrative and data-driven tasks in the credit union liquidation process. This individual will assist with data analysis, records management, and stakeholder communication while ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout.
$25-$35/hr

Responsibilities:
- Support all phases of the liquidation process through data compilation, monitoring, and reporting
- Analyze credit union records and reconcile member accounts, investments, and bank accounts
- Assist with incoming communications, including emails, mail, and phone calls, and prepare appropriate responses
- Maintain and organize records, scan and log documents, and manage data retention processes
- Utilize Microsoft Office and various software applications for data retrieval and reporting
- Assess and verify data for accuracy and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 apps, spreadsheets, and databases
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and decision-making abilities
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- High school diploma or GED required; accounting, finance, or credit union experience preferred
