The HT Group is partnering with a prominent insurance company in North Austin looking for an Insurance Licensing Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for processing and maintaining agents’ licenses.
Monday-Friday: 37.5/hr a week
Temp-to-Hire
$19/hr
Responsibilities:
- Maintain databases to ensure licenses are renewed
- Ensure agents are in compliance with required training
- Maintain and process state licensing renewals and termination
- Create, update, and maintain accurate agent records
- Review, sort, and distribute monthly agent reports
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- 2+ years of administrative/customer service experience
- Insurance licensing knowledge a plus
