The HT Group is partnering with an insurance agency in North Austin looking for an Imaging Specialist to organize, scan, and maintain microfilm jackets and documents.
Contract-to-hire
$17.50/hr

Responsibilities:
- Scan microfilm jackets using three independent scanners
- Segment individual images including banding, confirmation of overlaps, cut-offs, saturation, ghost images, and misloaded film
- Document the number of policies scanned daily
- Inspect images for clarity, signatures, cut-offs, saturation, over exposure and overlaps
- Rescan all rejected images from quality control
- Maintain all onsite microfilm jackets
- Pull and log jacket requests for policy information, delivering the correct files to imaging
- Research missing policy information and order files from off-site storage vendor
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Basic computer knowledge
- Able to work under minimal supervision
