This is a contract position that has funding approved through 8/31/2026 with possibility for extension into FY’27.
This role is hybrid; onsite days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. Candidates must be local to Austin, TX.
We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Integration Developer to support critical enterprise IT initiatives. This role focuses on the design, development, and integration of identity and access management (IAM) solutions, particularly using SailPoint IdentityIQ and single sign-on technologies such as Okta and Azure. The ideal candidate is experienced in working on large-scale IT projects and can collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, design, implement, and manage software programs related to identity and access management
- Test and evaluate new software and system integrations
- Work closely with developers, UX designers, systems analysts, and project stakeholders
- Deliver solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Configure and customize SailPoint IIQ including workflows, rules, connectors, and policies
- Develop API services to manage access policies and facilitate integration with external applications
- Integrate and manage single sign-on (SSO) solutions using Okta and Azure AD
- Support deployment planning and execution in collaboration with architecture and service delivery teams
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience with Agile or Scrum-based solution delivery
- 6+ years of experience collaborating with architects, project managers, and delivery leads for IAM initiatives
- 4+ years of SailPoint IdentityIQ development (workflows, rules, connectors, policies, configurations)
- 4+ years of Okta SSO integration experience
- 4+ years of API development for access policy management and application integration
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working with government or public sector agencies (especially in Texas)
