The HT Group is partnering with a valued client to identify an experienced HR Director who is a data-driven and technically proficient leader, capable of driving strategy and elevating the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with a Private Equity firm.
- Technical – create, manage and run dashboards
- Leverage data to drive insights, strategy, and decision-making across HR functions
- Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations, including compliance, compensation, labor law adherence, and company policy implementation
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and performance management programs
- Mentor and develop a high-performing HR team to support organizational goals
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization while demonstrating strong leadership and strategic thinking
