The HT Group is partnering with a building service company in North Austin to find an HR Manager! This person will work closely with all levels of the organization, overseeing employee relations, training, recruiting/hiring, performance management, and policy implementation. We are looking for a well-rounded HR Manager who loves building relationships within the organization. Prior experience working in construction, building services, or similar industry preferred.
Round Rock TX (On-site) | Comp $85-115k | Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment process from start to finish
- Utilize platforms such as indeed to source candidates
- Attend job fairs to build relationships and identify talent
- Oversee onboarding process and new hire orientation
- Develop, coach, and train employees to support growth
- Handle employee reviews and performance management
- Act as the go-to person for any employee questions/concerns at all levels of the organization
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment
- Manage and partake in company culture and morale activities
- Assist with attendance tracking and timekeeping
- Administer HR policies to reflect the company’s values, missions, and goals
Requirements:
- 5+ years of human resources experience
- Construction or similar industry experience highly preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proven experience with benefits administration and open enrollment
- Prior experience with recruitment and onboarding
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field preferred
- Ability to build relationships with all levels of an organization
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills
