The HT Group is seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join their team for a 90+ day contract based in Austin, TX. This role will provide HR support to a California-based hourly workforce, with responsibilities spanning new hire onboarding, payroll updates, benefits billing coordination, and employee relations. Experience with ADP as an HRIS is highly preferred, and we are seeking someone who can start immediately.
Key Responsibility:
– Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day employee inquiries
– Process all new hire and termination documentation accurately and in a timely manner
– Coordinate medical and benefits billing processes
– Manage payroll updates and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
– Partner and communicate effectively with managers and employees from diverse backgrounds
Key Requirement:
– Experience supporting California-based hourly employees
– Background working with manufacturing employees
– 5+ years of Human Resources experience
– Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
– Demonstrated success working in a remote environment
ADP HRIS experience strongly preferred
