The HT Group is partnering with a PE-backed organization seeking a high-performing, data-savvy FP&A Analyst to support value creation initiatives and drive financial and operational performance across the business. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and involvement in high-impact projects, including M&A, FP&A, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. This is an opportunity to join a high-growth, PE-backed company where you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting acquisitions, and partnering closely with leadership. This is a direct hire opportunity based in Buffalo, NY.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for leadership
- Support M&A activities, including financial modeling, diligence, and post-acquisition performance tracking
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-term financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A
- Advanced Excel and Power BI experience required
- Experience working in a multi-unit/multi business line setting
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment
