This position is working hybrid working Mondays and Wednesdays onsite and they’re open to assisting with relocation should you be interested in moving to the area. Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in the Big 4 Public Accounting
- CPA is highly preferred but not required
- Financial Reporting and SOX background
Job Responsibilities
- Maintains documentation supporting SOX compliance
- Prepare and review documentation and SEC filings required for debt, equity and other transactions
- Assists with performing and documenting technical GAAP research
