The HT Group is hiring for an Executive Assistant to manage high-level administrative and strategic support for a senior executive and growing sales team within the construction industry. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential to be part of a growing company with an award-winning culture. 

Contract-to-Hire 
Monday – Friday, 40 hours 
Hybrid, Round Rock, TX (In Office & Remote)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an executive administrative role supporting business leadership and sales teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, PowerPoint, Excel, and the full Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Independent decision-making ability with sound judgment for issue resolution and task prioritization.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in the construction or design-build industry strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support meeting preparation and project coordination, including Salesforce reports and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential information
  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including screening calls and emails.
  • Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, managing mail/deliveries, and supporting the in office team.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital files, records, and reports.
  • Assist with special projects by tracking progress, managing timelines, and following up on action items.
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, off-sites, and meetings.
  • Proactively anticipate needs, mitigate risks, and solve problems with minimal supervision, keeping priorities on track.
