The HT Group is hiring for an Executive Assistant to manage high-level administrative and strategic support for a senior executive and growing sales team within the construction industry. Contract-to-Hire Monday – Friday, 40 hours
Hybrid, Round Rock, TX (In Office & Remote)
Qualifications:
- Experience in an executive administrative role supporting business leadership and sales teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, PowerPoint, Excel, and the full Microsoft Office Suite required
- Independent decision-making ability with sound judgment for issue resolution and task prioritization.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in the construction or design-build industry strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Support meeting preparation and project coordination, including Salesforce reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential information
- Serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including screening calls and emails.
- Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, managing mail/deliveries, and supporting the in office team.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital files, records, and reports.
- Assist with special projects by tracking progress, managing timelines, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, off-sites, and meetings.
- Proactively anticipate needs, mitigate risks, and solve problems with minimal supervision, keeping priorities on track.
