The HT Group is seeking a dependable and experienced Customer Service Supervisor for a contract-to-hire position in Beaumont, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume communication environments and delivers outstanding customer service. The schedule is Mon-Fri. 8am-5pm, with occasional 7:30am start times. Pay is $17–$20hr DOE. 
Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily customer service operations
  • Handle high-volume phone, email, and chat communications
  • Review and update customer accounts
  • Provide billing updates and resolve inquiries
  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Generate and process customer service reports and paperwork
  • Support and train customer service team members
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • Agriculture industry experience – major plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing phones, email, and chat in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficient in Excel and working with spreadsheets
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
