The HT Group is currently seeking a CSR for a client in the Beaumont, TX area. This is a contract-to-hire position offering $12+hr DOE and standard work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver courteous and professional customer support via phone and email
Respond to customer questions regarding products, orders, and general inquiries
Enter and update customer and order information with accuracy
Assist with routine administrative and office support tasks
Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure prompt, efficient service
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or office setting is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using computers and performing accurate data entry
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Dependable, professional, and motivated to learn
