The HT Group is hiring a Customer Service Rep for a client in Beaumont. This full-time role starts in Customer Service with the opportunity to move into the Accounting department for candidates with relevant experience. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with full-time hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay rate of $20 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage customer emails
- Process account setup and respond to billing inquiries
- Send invoice copies and assist with online order support
- Fulfill daily gift card requests
- Log and respond to customer feedback from surveys or calls
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
- Make independent decisions to assist customers with orders and account setup
- Collaborate with others on resolving customer issues or complaints
- Eligible for advancement into accounting roles as positions open
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Office/Accounting experience preferred
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs
- Reliable, team-oriented, eager to learn and grow
- Must Pass Background – No: Felonies, Violence, Theft and Pass a Drug Test
