The HT Group is looking for a Customer Service Rep for a client located in Beaumont. This is a contract to hire position. Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. Pay is $16-$18hr DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Process reports and paperwork
- Manage orders through clients websites
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers and customer service
- Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
- Document within and navigate multiple internal computer systems
- Additional administrative duties as assigned
Skills:
- Must be computer savvy
- Data entry experience – preferred
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Great customer service
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
