The HT Group is looking for a Customer Service Rep for a client located in Beaumont. This is a contract to hire position. Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. Pay is $16-$18hr DOE. 
Responsibilities:

  • Data entry 
  • Process reports and paperwork
  • Manage orders through clients websites
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers and customer service 
  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
  • Document within and navigate multiple internal computer systems 
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned 

Skills:

  • Must be computer savvy
  • Data entry experience – preferred 
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Great customer service
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
