Our client, a well-established and growing industrial products organization, is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to join their team in Georgetown. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and coordinating with both customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical product environment highly prefrred.
Location: Cedar Park, TX (Onsite)
Compensation: $73,000–$78,000 + Benefits
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support
- Process quotes and orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate deliveries, services, and order fulfillment activities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, invoicing, and returns
- Assist customers in identifying solutions that best fit their needs
- Partner closely with sales, operations, and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
- Provide support across multiple business functions as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of customer service, account coordination, inside sales, or related experience
- Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or technical product environment preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in technical products is a plus
