The HT Group is seeking CSR/Call Center Representative candidates for a 6-month assignment with a client in Beaumont. Candidates must be available to start immediately and support a time-sensitive project.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with optional Saturday overtime available
Pay: $15–$17/hour
This role involves high-volume outbound calls to clients to collect information, obtain documentation, and schedule appointments as needed.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily to obtain additional information and complete file documentation
- Accurately log all calls and updates in the database; performance is tracked through daily reporting
- Meet productivity expectations, including a high call completion rate
- Transfer connected clients to a team lead for further assistance
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Prior customer service experience required
- Must be reliable and able to maintain consistent call volume throughout the full workday
