The HT Group has partnered with an advertising technology firm to find a hands-on Content Strategist to lead content planning and execution for client-facing digital signage campaigns. This person will be responsible for work closely with clients to develop strategies, shape messaging, build playlists, and optimize content performance.
Location: Austin TX 78701 (On-site)
Compensation : Base $60-75k + bonus

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a content advisor to clients, guiding messaging and campaign structure
- Build and manage CMS-based playlists, using advanced scheduling and targeting
- Develop content for signage, email, and other channels—collaborating with designers as needed
- Lead content-related onboarding, training, and documentation
- Ensure timely, accurate execution of client content requests
- Respond to client content inquiries and manage shared inboxes
- Track client interactions and deliverables in the CRM
- Collaborate with design, deployment, and support teams for seamless execution
- Analyze content performance and support quarterly or annual client reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years in content strategy, marketing, or digital campaign management
- Proven experience working with clients in agency or services environments
- Proficient in CMS tools
- Strong writing, messaging, and presentation skills
