The HT Group is looking for a Client Services Representative located in Beaumont. This is a contract to hire opportunity, hours are Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm and pay $15.70hr.
As CSR your primary tasks will include answering calls, processing applications, scheduling appointments, and assisting with additional administrative duties.
- Interact with callers, route calls and documents accordingly
- Conduct phone interviews and input data into client management software
- Adhere to funding guidelines and agency policies
- Attend relevant training sessions
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests
- Minimum one year office experience – required
- Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel – testing required
- Bilingual in English/Spanish – preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communicational skills and Customer service-oriented
