The HT Group has an insurance client in North Austin looking for a Claims Eligibility Specialist to investigate and review policies and determine eligibility.

$55,000 – $65,000
Hybrid for candidates located in the Austin, TX- open to remote for the ideal candidate!
Responsibilities:
- Review coverage and liability
- Analyze information for claim eligibility
- Create appropriate Plan of Care
- Document claim details accurately
- Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience with long-term care benefits
- 3+ years of experience with benefit determination/eligibility
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
