The HT Group is partnering with an insurance agency in North Austin looking for a Call Center Representative. In this role you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding their policies, handling questions and concerns and updating information into the system.
This is a contract-to-hire role paying 21.50/hr.

Responsibilities:
- Manage high volume of inbound calls
- Maintain customer files, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Calculate premium refunds and changes, loan balances, and cash values
Requirements:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of call center experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to perform manual mathematical calculations
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual: Spanish preferred
