Our client is seeking a bilingual recruiting specialist with experience facilitating and engaging in job fairs, creating job postings, and aiding with pre-employment processing and onbaording. This is a nontechnical position, mainly recruiting CDL drivers.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Bachelor degree
- Recruiting experience – mostly CDL drivers
- Any AAP (Affirmative Action Plan) experience would be great (tracking/audits/etc)
- Very hands-on, lots of documentation, lots of phone calls, pre-employment is very detailed at times.
- In charge of entering data into HRIS system, conducting New Employee Orientation (rotation), going to job fairs, other duties include participating in company sponsored events – including helping with planning/prep/attending.
- Attention to detail, works well in shared spaces
- Can work with interruptions
- Customer service oriented/friendly
- Can travel for job fairs
- Some experience working in a Human Resources function
- ADP experience
