Technology Transformation Associate

About the Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a Technology Transformation Associate to support technology, automation, and operational improvement initiatives across a diverse group of businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys solving business problems, evaluating new technologies, and helping organizations implement meaningful change.
The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting, business transformation, technology, analytics, or operations and be excited to work at the intersection of business strategy, process improvement, and emerging technologies, including AI.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology & Business Analysis-

  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, software platforms, automation tools, and AI solutions
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and increased efficiency
  • Support technology assessments and help develop recommendations for process and system enhancements
  • Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and business transformation initiatives

Project & Implementation Support-

  • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of technology and operational improvement projects
  • Work with stakeholders across business and technical teams to track progress, manage timelines, and support project delivery
  • Help facilitate meetings, document requirements, and communicate project updates
  • Support user adoption, training, testing, and change management activities

Operational Improvement-

  • Evaluate current-state processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and optimization
  • Assist in developing implementation plans and tracking project outcomes
  • Document best practices and lessons learned to support future initiatives

Reporting & Communication-

  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, reports, and other materials for leadership and project teams
  • Track key project metrics and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Support the development of business cases and recommendations for technology-related initiatives

Qualifications-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, operations, analytics, project management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, conducting research, or supporting project implementations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications-

  • Experience working in a consulting environment
  • Exposure to digital transformation, automation, AI, or technology implementation projects
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, or data-driven insights
