The HT Group has partnered with a rapidly growing residential and commercial coatings company in Pensacola seeking a strategic Accounting Manager to build scalable financial systems, reporting infrastructure, and operational workflows. This is a high-impact role for a systems and processed-focused leader who thrives on designing processes that support rapid growth. The role will be onsite and Pensacola-based.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead monthly close, financial reporting, and executive dashboards
- Build cash flow forecasting, KPI tracking, and profitability analysis
- Optimize ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and operational workflows
- Improve dealer, operations, and back-office processes
- Manage and develop a small administrative and operational support team
You Bring:
- 5+ years in accounting, finance, or business operations
- Experience managing financial reporting and ERP systems
- Strong operational and process improvement skills
- Leadership and communication excellence
- Audit, Accounting, or Finance Management experience preferred
