The HT Group is partnering with a client seeking an experienced Account Manager. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery, resolve client issues promptly, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience through strategic, solution-oriented support. This is a client-focused role—Not Sales—serving as the primary relationship manager.
Onsite position in North Austin
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as client success, account management, or service delivery.
- Proficient in CRM and client success tools, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Comfortable analyzing account-level data, including usage metrics and performance trends
- Technically adept and quick to learn new platforms and tools
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, resourceful, and positive attitude
- Strategic thinker with keen attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Problem-solver who enjoys identifying solutions and driving improvements across teams
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively in a team-oriented environment
