The HT Group is partnering with a commercial roofing contractor in New Mexico to find an Account Manager. This person will be responsible manages sales initiatives including contacting leads, qualifying customers, discussing customer expectations, and converting opportunities into job contracts. The ideal candidate has prior roofing industry experience and has amazing relationship building and collaboration skills.
*Positions available in both Albuquerque NM and Sante Fe NM*
Frequent travel in NM required
Comp – $60-70k + bonuses/commission

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate new and strengthen existing relationships with customers
- Develop territory sales strategy including prospects, initiatives, and forecasts
- Collect roof data required for estimating
- Prepare and deliver customer proposals
- Provide customers with regular roofing project updates
- Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience
- College degree preferred
- Must have commercial roofing industry experience
- Understanding of public procurement laws and requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to deliver win-win solutions
